Mr. Arcand received a Bachelor in commerce and a Graduate Diploma in professional accounting from HEC Montréal. Olivier is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CBV).

Mr. Arcand specializes exclusively in forensic accounting with Williams Meaden & Moore. His experience includes the quantification of hundreds of financial damages including business income losses, inventory losses, product liabilities, cyber-attacks, frauds, tort claims and additional costs. Olivier also assessed the value of companies in litigation cases resulting from civil liability, breach of contract, theft of intellectual property and other causes. Before joining Williams Meaden & Moore, Mr. Arcand worked as an auditor for an International accounting firm with clients from public and private sectors in a variety of industries.

Mr. Arcand is the treasurer of the Montreal Group of LARAQ, an association promoting the next generation of the damage insurance community in Quebec, and is recognized as an instructor by the Chambre de l’assurance de dommages (ChAD).
