Pascal Jolicoeur

Pascal is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and holds a Diploma in Investigative and Forensic Accounting (DIFA) from the University of Toronto as well as an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), degree from the University of Ottawa.
 
With over 22 years he has experience in the financial investigation, dispute, litigation and forensic services teams for large international accounting firms providing accounting, forensic / administrative investigations, forensic services, forensic audit, fraud awareness, fraud risk assessments, dispute advisory, financial/operational reviews, risk assessments, administrative enquiries forensic, investigations of contract costs, forensic investigation of contribution agreements, stakeholder/shareholder conflicts, fraud awareness training, fraud risk assessments and investigation of allegations across the public sector including municipal, provincial, federal, crown corporations as well as financial institutions, non-profit organizations, publicly traded companies and private sector companies. 
 
Pascal has been qualified as an expert witness in Saskatchewan, Ontario and Newfoundland and was involved in legal proceedings involving the attendance at examinations for discovery and cross-examinations.
