Neal Anand is a forensic accountant with over 18 years of experience in the quantification of economic losses and litigation support.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Western Ontario.  Neal has experience preparing economic assessments for plaintiffs and defendants related to personal injury, wrongful death, fatalities, future care costs, and accident benefits in most jurisdictions across Canada.

His experience includes past and future loss of income calculations, pension losses, present value of future care costs, dependency claims, income replacement benefits, insurance claims, family law and forensic accounting.  This includes assessment for employees, self-employed individuals, owner managed companies, business owners, corporations, insurers, adjusters and lawyers.

Neal’s reports have supported several legal proceedings and settlement negotiations, providing clear and defensible financial analysis and reporting.
