Blake is a Charted Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and received his Honours Bachelor of Commerce
degree from Laurentian University. Blake has also completed diploma programs in Business Accounting
and Business Administrative Systems at Fanshawe College.
Blake is a Principal in the London office and has over 18 years of experience in forensic and investigative
accounting.

Blake began his career in insurance loss assessment focusing on Ontario Statutory Accident Benefits
Schedule claims at an international accounting firm before joining a large Canadian property and
casualty insurer, providing in-house loss quantification services related to income replacement benefits,
priority disputes, business interruption losses, downtime claims and stock losses.

Blake now focuses on providing litigation support services related to personal injury loss quantification,
wrongful death, loss of financial support, medical malpractice, present value of future care costs,
employee dishonesty and shareholder disputes. In addition, Blake continues to provide forensic
accounting services relating to business interruption losses. Blake has been qualified as an expert
witness in forensic accounting by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Blake enjoys teaching and sharing his knowledge with clients through training seminars focusing on
various forensic accounting topics, with a goal of assisting other industry professionals to improve their
understanding of the field of forensic accounting which impacts them most.
